The Mica & Associates case manager organizes, coordinates and monitors the medical case management of an injured or ill worker to facilitate return to work. Mica & Associates has formed an alliance with specific multi-specialty physicians that are Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Orthopedics, as well as other medical disciplines.

All physicians are well credentialled and have expertise in conducting Independent Medical Evaluations and Peer Reviews and are prepared to provide testimony to support their medical findings. Mica & Associates performs all of the scheduling and contacting of the appropriate parties. We will provide you with a faxed report following the appointment enabling you to make appropriate claim and work decisions.

Mica & Associates will work with employers to design and implement an ongoing workers' compensation program that provides quality health care in the most cost-effective way.
